Return for Exchange or Store Credit
If you changed your mind and would like to exchange for a different knife, or return a knife for store credit, we offer free return and free pick up by DHL. You don't even have to leave your house, as we'll send a DHL driver to your door! All you have to do is to contact us via the "Contact us" button below and we'll send you a pre-paid label to be printed out. You can then call DHL to arrange a pick up at a time convenient to you. Please note that this free service is only applicable if all the following conditions are met:
- The knife has an invoice value of US$100 or above
- Exchange for a different knife / receive a store credit
Return for a Refund
If you wish to return for a refund, the return postage has to be paid by you the customer. However, we offer our customers a subsidized rate for DHL pick up & return. For a single knife, this rate is US$22, including postage, DHL pickup as well as insurance. When you request a return for refund, we'll automatically send you this subsidized return label along with the RMA number. If you chose to utilize this subsidized service, all you have to is to print out the labels and call DHL to arrange a pickup. The subsidized service cost will be deducted from your refund amount. The use of this subsidized service is, of course, optional. You can return it yourself by writing the RMA number on the package, using a trackable and insured carrier or postal service.

Return for Exchange or Store Credit
We offer our customers a subsidized rate for DHL pick up & return. When you request a return, we'll quote you this subsidized rate for your consideration. If you choose to utilize this service, all you have to do is to print out the pre-paid labels. A DHL driver will come to your door. The subsidized service cost will be reflected on the exchange invoice, or be deducted from your store credit. The use of this subsidized service is, of course, optional.
Return for a Refund
Please return it yourself by writing the RMA number on the package, using a trackable and insured carrier or postal service.
