Which knife is for left-handed users?

Please check the Spec section of each knife, in particular, the "Grind" details under "Blade". 

Double-edged blade (50/50 Grind)

These knives are designed for both left-handed and right-handed users.

Double-edged blade (70/30 Grind)

These knives have a right-handed bias. However, some left-handed users found the grind ratio of 7:3 does not create enough bias to make a difference.

Double-edged blade (80/20 Grind)

These knives have a stronger right-handed bias. 

Double-edged blade (90/10 Grind)

These knives have a strong right-handed bias. 

Single bevel (Right-handed)

These knives have a single bevel edge. They are designed for right-handed users. If you are left-handed, we could typically order a left-handed version upon request, with a 50% premium.
