Why does it say "We don't offer shipping to [Country Name]"?

If your shipping country is in the list, but an error message saying "We don't offer shipping to [Country Name]" shows up, it is most likely because an error occurred obtaining accurate shipping cost from the cloud. The number one cause for this error is an incomplete shipping address or postcode.

Please click "Change" in "Ship to" and re-enter the correct post code / zip code in correct format. If the error persists, please contact us.

Please note that even if your order qualifies for free shipping, an incorrect post code / zip code could still trigger this error message.
