I entered an incorrect shipping address
It is important to enter your shipping address correctly. As soon as your order is placed, it is queued to be processed and shipped. This process typically takes just a few hours, and sometimes can be as quick as less than an hour. We cannot guarantee that your shipping address can be updated, but we'll try our best.
Express Shipping
If your order is shipped to an address you incorrectly entered, you should notify us immediately:
1) Before the order is collected, we can cancel the shipment and re-ship with the correct address.
2) During transit, we can contact the courier to update your address.
3) When out for delivery, the courier will contact you via the phone number you provided, if they were unable to find your address.
NOTE: If you entered an incorrect address that DOES exist, and failed to notify us one business day before delivery, the order can be delivered and signed for by the occupants of that address. In such case, it is your responsibility to recover the package from that address.
Standard Shipping (Postal Delivery)
With Standard Shipping by Postal Service, it is not possible for us to redirect your shipment to your correct address. It is your responsibility to contact the Postal Service in order to provide them with your correct address. There is no guarantee that they would entertain such request.
If you were unable to update your address, and the package was undeliverable, it will be returned to us.
NOTE: If you entered an incorrect address that DOES exist, and was unable to update the postal service with your correct address, the order may be delivered to that wrong address. In such case, it is your responsibility to recover the package from that address.
Re-ship
We can re-ship orders that are returned to us due to incorrect addresses entered by customers, provided that the cost of re-shipping is paid for by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address entered by you, and you no longer want the item(s), we will issue you a refund minus 1) 15% restocking fee, OR 2) the shipping cost that itemized on your original order, WHICHEVER is higher.
