Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Unfortunately, no. We are no longer able to ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses.

All of our parcels leave Hong Kong with DHL Express, FedEx Express or Hong Kong Post, and none of these carriers accept commercial shipments addressed to APO/FPO/DPO destinations. There is no way for us to hand a parcel over to USPS at origin, so we cannot route these orders at all.

What to do instead

Please use a civilian street address for delivery — your own, a family member's, or a friend's — and forward the parcel on from there if you need to. Any standard residential or business address in a country we ship to will work normally.

If you have already placed an order to an APO/FPO/DPO address, please contact us and we will cancel and refund it in full, or update the address for you if the order has not yet been dispatched.
