How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order yourself before the order is processed for dispatch. To do so, simply visit the order status page, and click "cancel order".

Why my order can no longer be cancelled?

Please note that once the order is prepared for shipment, it can no longer be cancelled. As soon as the order is ready to be dispatched (packed and waiting for collection by courier), your credit card will be charged. Once your card is charged, the order can no longer be cancelled, as the order has already been collected by courier company, even though you might not have received a shipment notification yet, and the order status may not have changed to "dispatched". This is because between the order being collected and the system updated, there is typically a few hours of delay.

Do you charge a fee for cancellation?

No. If you can cancel it in time, the cancellation is free of charge.
