How do I cancel an order?

As soon as your order is placed, it is queued to be processed and shipped. This process typically takes just a few hours, and sometimes can be as quick as less than an hour. We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled, but will try our best if you contact us via the contact form.

Do you charge a fee for cancellation?

No. If we can cancel it in time, we'll cancel it free of charge. However as we ship really fast, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
